Cobble is an async accelerator app designed to help founders build and grow their businesses. As the Content Manager, my role focused on managing the content library — a content resource for founders — and content creation. I executed the editorial strategy, assigned articles to content writers, edited contributed content, and created content for the library, landing pages, and web pages.
The Challenge
Cobble’s “Founders Library” is an exclusive resource for subscribers with articles, guides, and templates to help founders build, grow, and scale their businesses. To provide value to subscribers, Cobble needed to provide consistent, impactful content focused on business, marketing, and entrepreneurship. The Cobble team was for looking for an intentional content schedule, informative articles, and help with managing content, writers, and publishing.
The Work
I joined the Cobble team to streamline their blog content efforts. I worked to execute the editorial strategy by creating an editorial plan, assigning article topics to content writers, editing contributed articles, writing educational content and personal stories, and all aspects of publishing. I also worked with the team to craft copy for web pages highlighting the features and benefits of the app.
The Impact
Through my work with Cobble, we created a robust “Founders Library” of content for subscribers. Some of the resources I pitched, assigned, and/or edited include:
- Leading with Empathy and Compassion
- Investor Whiplash and Managing Feedback
- How to Take Care of Your Mental Health as a Founder
- Offer Letter Template
- HARO Pitch Template
I also created in-depth guides on business topics in addition to personal pieces from my own founders journey. Here are two pieces of original work I created for reference purposes.
